Things we Bury @mattryandavies , published this year. Loved this for so many reasons – the writing was excellent with vivid, fully realised characters, capturing of family dynamics and sibling relationships, the intergenerational dealing with grief, mental health, regional Australia. But above all for me it was the exploration of the impact of legacy.
