Diving In Podcast

Thank you so much @diving_in_podcast 🤩🤩🎙🙏🏻💖🧡 Legends! REPOST • @diving_in_podcast In these lazy days between Christmas and New Year we hope you will find time to tune in to our latest episode. Ginny and I talked about these gloriously fun books The Nancys and Nancy Business by R.W. R. McDonald as amateur sleuths and modern day Nancy Drew, Tippy and her outrageous uncles race the clock to solve a serious of crimes that hit the sleepy New Zealand town of Riverstone – great warm hearted holiday reads. 🧡🧡🧡

Mum and Mini Reads Review – Nancy Business

Christmas made! Thank you so much for your review @mum.and.mini.reads 🤩🥰🙏🏻🧡💖🎄REPOST • @mum.and.mini.reads JUST FINISHED
It’s been a little while between books but I’m glad the libraries have reopened and I was able to get my hands on this sequel. Nancy Business is just as good as the first novel The Nancys. It is darkly humorous and the main character Tippy is a little legend. I’ve loved reading about her navigating growing up and finding her identity whilst maintaining her innocence as she tries to keep her family together by solving another mystery.

It’s a must read in my opinion but I just truly love these types of books.

Warm and immensely enjoyable (and a reminder that found families are often the best).

Biblio Art Prize – “Is that dad?” by Sonya Duffy

"Is that dad?" by Sonya Duffy

Amazing! “Is that dad” by the talented Sonya Duffy for the Biblio Art Prize

Artwork title: “Is that dad?”

Artist: Sonya Duffy

Artist statement: “This book is half comedic/half drama whodunnit with three amateur detectives investigating a bombing. My art depiction of the book is of Tippy (a young girl and one of the detectives). She recently found out her father’s recent death was a suicide, so she is checking out one of her father’s photos with her magnifying glass. I think what she finds might be the subject of the next book…”
